Return Policy
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Your sunglasses must be unused and returned in the same condition as when received. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Simply contact us below, NOTE - RETURN- in the subject. Add the REASON FOR RETURN, ORDER # and DATE OF PURCHASE in the text.
We will respond with a return authorization form to be completed and enclosed with your return. Your account will be credited upon receipt of the return.
Caring for Your New Hook Optics Sunglasses
Protect your investment and keep your vision crystal-clear by following these simple care tips:
Always wet your lenses before wiping. Never clean them dry with a T-shirt—moisture helps prevent micro-scratches.
After every fishing trip, rinse with fresh water. Salt can dry on the lenses and act like sandpaper when you wipe them. Wash, rinse, and then gently dry with your Hook Optics microfiber lens cloth.
Would you wash your car dry? Don’t grind dirt and salt into dry lenses.
NEVER use Windex or household cleaners. These contain harsh chemicals that can damage lens coatings.
For deeper cleaning: Rinse with fresh water in the morning and evening, or use a tiny drop of non-antibacterial dish soap. Avoid soaps with moisturizers or additives. Then dry with your lens cloth.
Don’t soak your sunglasses overnight. They don’t need a bubble bath—just a quick rinse will do.
Bonus Tip: Store your sunglasses in their case when not in use to avoid accidental damage or unnecessary exposure to elements.

Hook Optics Warranty
All Hook Optics sunglasses come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects—available exclusively to the original purchaser.
Activate Your Warranty:
To qualify, you must register your sunglasses at the time of purchase through the Warranty Registration section on our website. Unregistered products are not covered.
What’s Covered:
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Your warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not include:
Accidental damage (drops, crushing, etc.)
Misuse or abuse (improper cleaning, bending, if your sunglasses are left in the car in extreme heat)
Scratches on lenses or frames
Aging wear and tear (fading, peeling, discoloration)
Loss or theft
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage from chemicals or poor storage
If your sunglasses qualify, we’ll repair or replace them at no cost. If not, we’ll contact you with repair options and pricing.

Lens Replacement
Hook Optics offers replacement lenses for scratched or damaged lenses.
REPLACEMENT COSTS (If Not Covered by Warranty):
- Thermoforce or Polycarbonate Lenses: $99.00 per pair / $49.50 per lens
- Glass or Hydroo Lenses: $139.00 per pair / $69.50 per lens
- 6% Maryland sales tax and $9.00 return shipping will be added.
