Hook Optics Last Call Rx Sunglasses are a tribute to Captain Franky Pettolina and his vessel, the Last Call. We named these to honor his embodiment of ‘Vision Without Limits.’ Franky’s legendary fishing expertise made a lasting impact in the community, passing his skills to the next generation with power and grace. We designed these for those with strong, robust, round heads, a perfect fit for Franky’s legacy.

If you spend time outside and wear prescription glasses or contact lenses daily, you’ll want Hook Optics polarized fishing sunglasses. You will not only see the difference, but also enjoy the convenience of wearing only one set of glasses!

RX INFORMATION

We make our Hook Optics Last Call Rx lenses based on your eye doctors valid prescription. (A valid prescription’s expiration date is within 2 years old.) We recommend a complete eye exam prior to ordering lenses if you have diabetes or other medical concerns. We want to give you the best possible vision, so the most accurate prescription is needed to ensure we can.
We made sure our lenses include 100% UV protection as well as a backside anti-reflective (AR) treatment. We include this treatment because it provides additional clarity and comfort throughout your day, as well as allows light through the back side of the lens, rather than bouncing it back into your eyes.
We ask our Patients to choose between our Gray or Brown base lens for their prescription sunglasses. We offer the options of a mirror or non-mirrored finish; lenses with a mirror finish reportedly provide around 2% more clarity.
